Dan Nolin - The Boss
Master fabricator and welder, Dan does it all. He is what keeps Ryan Nolin Racing ticking. Kind of like the Energizer in the Bunny.

Julie Nolin - The Boss's Boss
She keeps everyone organized and updated on what is going on with the days schedule. She makes sure the car is shiny and the team is fed, watered and happy. She is the teams 4 leaf clover or good luck charm. She is the only crew member that has never missed a win!

Chelsea Nolin - Timing and scoring
Chelsea keeps the team updated as to how they stack up time-wise versus the other competitors. She also keeps track of track conditions for the team.

Gary Morin - Co-Car Chief since 2000
Gary has worked with Ryan since the beginning. He knows all of the highs and the lows of racing. He knows the car bumper to bumper and is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Some say he has more knowledge of racing in his pinky than most will ever have. Watch out for Gary on the race track in 2008 as he attempts to make a few races of his own in the Warrior division.

Jimmy Mahoney - Co-Car Chief since 2006

Jimmy is a master fabricator. The work he does is unbelievable. During race days he makes sure everything is tight and done right. Jimmy is the teams greatest asset. You'll never catch him without a smile. He and Gary are tied for the nicest guy you'll ever meet.

Chuck Barsalow - Crew Chief and Spotter since 2006
Chuck has been racing something since he was 8. At 16 he was the youngest Crew Chief for a team on what is now the NASCAR Camping World Series. He also finished second in Kart racing points at Thunder Road as well as the "Rookie of the Year" award the same year. He travelled to tracks all over the east coast while working on cars that raced on what was the Nascar Busch Grand National South and Nascar Busch Grand National North Series. At 20, the youngest Late Model division racer at Malone International Speedway in New York until the track closed. He moved on to compete with ACT Late Model teams at Airborne International Speedway until the track dropped the division from their weekly card. He has returned to his passion with Ryan Nolin Racing.

Brian Kendrew - Co-Car Chief
He was Fred Flintstones first Mentor. Brian has seen it all. He knows racing inside and out. He makes sure the car and driver is 100% while keeping everyone laughing with his endless supply of jokes and good humor. If he could only attend more races.

Katya - Webmaster and Graphic Designer since 2006
Katya has worked on the graphics for the car and is now working on the website. As a recent graduate of UVM she will have more time to focus on her free-lance work as well as working for other graphic design firms and web developers. Nolin Racing began in 2000
as Dan Nolin captured four championships over 2 seasons in the Street Stock division. Dan then retired from racing. As the patriarch of Nolin Racing, Dan handed over the driving duties to his son Ryan. Ryan has maintained the standard of excellence established by his father.

2002 saw Ryan competing in the Street Stock division at Thunder Road in Barre Vermont where he finished 6th in points. In that same year Ryan won the Street Stock Series which took drivers to three different tracks in New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. He was the youngest person in series history to achieve this feat. Ryan also won the prestigious Milk Bowl Championship in 2002. At the season end awards banquet Ryan was bestowed with the "Rookie of the Year" honors as well as the Gordon "Doc" Nielsen award, his most cherished award.

2003 Ryan moved on to the Tiger Sportsman division. He won the "Rookie of the Year" honors in yet another division. His record for the year was 3 top 5's and 6 top 10 finishes.

2004 had Ryan maintaining a top three position in the points throughout the season. He also made his debut in the Late Model division at Riverside Speedway in New Hampshire. Ryan won one of the races. He finished no worse than third in any of the other Late Model races he competed in that year. His record for 2004 in the Tiger division was 2 wins, 3 top 5's and 6 top 10 finishes.

2005 was the biggest move Ryan had ever made in Racing. He competed in the ACT Late Model division at Thunder Road. He went on to win the "Rookie of the Year" honors. He is the first in ACT and Thunder Road history to earn "Rookie of the Year" honors in all three divisions.

2006 Ryan competed on the ACT Late Model Tour which took the team to racetracks all over New England, New York and Canada. The highlight of the season had to be Ryan almost winning at Sanair Super Speedway just outside Montreal, Quebec. He was spun out by another competitor in the last segment. He miraculously went on to finish second. Ryan's favorite track is Sanair as a result of how comfortable he is running at Super Speedway speeds.

2007 was a breakout year as Ryan went on to win his first ACT Late Model Tour Victory at Airborne International Speedway in New York edging 7 time ACT Late Model Tour champion Jean-Paul Cyr and Brent Dragon. He accomplished this in only his second year of Tour car racing. He went on to win 4 other Late Model races that year. He won at Lee USA Speedway in New Hampshire Twice, Capital City Speedway in Ottawa, Canada and Twin State Speedway also in New Hampshire.

2008 brings a merge between Mad Dog Motorsports and Nolin Racing. A brand new car is being built for the 2008 ACT Late Model Tour. The team plans to compete in the entire ACT Tour as well as select PASS Outlaw Late Model series races. The merge will bring more resources to the family run team.
